Rails above and below are the guides in this High-Density Inline Pegboard-Display Details focus. The Pegboard itself slides, so no rollers or bearings required, making this an economical interpretation of the concept. And twin signs above and below are not shy in inviting engagement. These High-Density Inline Details courtesy of Giant Supermarkets, center-city Hazleton PA…
Not often see, this Active-Aisle High-Density-Storage Backstock Concept actually employs the design called “Active Aisle.” See that there is only one aisle for accessing the shelves. Turn the crank to move the shelving unit which is on rollers, to open a new access aisle wherever needed. All you have to remember is where you need…
It’s stated clearly enough on this High-Density Inline Pegboard Merchandising, “Slide Boards To See More Items”. Look close to see that open shelves below provide additional unobstructed merchandising space. But the star is the upper set of sliding Pegboard Backers. And engaged shoppers can dig three layers deep to find exactly what they need.…
Unsupported at the bottom, these Tractor Supply High-Density Sliding-Bin Hangrail Details reveal two heavy-duty hangers at the top to allow side-to-side movement. The low center of gravity of the whole affair dampens any front-to-back sway. Cleaning is easier with no Basedeck Rails to catch dust and dirt. Compare these Tractor Supply Hangrail Details with other…
A bank of hanging compartments at the front are the first line of merchandising for this Tractor Supply High-Density Sliding-Bin Display. If you don’t find the style or size hose or pipe fitting your need there, just roll it aside to access an even greater number of compartments to the rear. Illustrated explanatory signage on…
As if the massed compartments were not enough, look close to see High-Density Sliding-Bin Auxiliary Pegboard Hooks above. Though masked by the Hagrail from direct access, the two upper rows of hooks are accessible if one reaches in and behind. Why wast perfectly good merchandising space if you can reclaim it in this way. Componentry…
Rails above and below provide for mobility in this High-Density Sliding Pegboard Display Details reporting. Pegboard Panels slide sideways to allow successively deeper access to layers of merchandise. A gap is always left open, which along with the signage clue shoppers into the fact that this is an “active” moveable fixtures. These High-Density Moving Pegboard…
Nothing special to be seen in this High-Density Pegboard Hook Outfitting example. But that in itself justifies the post. See that standard All-Wire Scan Hooks with Plastic Label Holder for Self-Adhesive Labels are deployed here. So mainline hook componentry can work, though I might suggest the added convenience of Straight-Entry Hooks, of which there are…
This High-Density Sliding Pegboard Inline Display adds merchandising space more active and elegantly than static Pegboard Extenders. I have been familiar with the concept for decades in High-Density Storage Systems where it is known as “Active Aisle” While Active Aisle is accessed front-to-back, this High-Density Sliding Pegboard Inline Display is accessed side-to-side. Explore this implementation’s…
Though most of the weight of this system can be carried by the Basedeck Rail, the High-Density Two-Layer Pegboard Hanger Details show significant built-in support. The “Web” or vertical element is deep enough to carry the necessary load. The “Flange” elements stabilize side-to-side plus offer multiple rows of mount holes to customize positioning front-to-back. These…
