Macy’s In-Store Look Book In Motion continuously refreshes and updates its in store prtesentation, but the aspect of interest to me is the “Gotta Have It” Touchpoint and Index that cycles through various locations during presentation. Offering an actual on-screen “touchpoint” allows expansion of the customer contact right at that moment. What happens when you touch? I’ll leave you to visit a Macys to touch and find out yourself.
