No, the snowy day was not the cause of this Target Rebrands Store White For More Than Winter, though the hint of snow in the parking lot might suggest that. And no, there is no plan to retrofit the sign in red after repairs or an upgrade. Store staff said this is the branding implemented in the last store remodel. Some of the public is confused by the rebranding (See TeenVogue). Others give deep background on the changeover (See Dalziel & Pow). Call me a Luddite, throw-back, or plain unsophisticated, I would have kept the red and spent the money on more marketing and advertising. Maybe I’m just too simple minded.
