Iced Cauliflower and Asparagus Tower
A curious concept where this Iced Cauliflower and Asparagus Tower is chilled at its empty lowest and and asparagus-filled highest levels. In between, Cauliflower ride encircling stainless steel shelves. The look is unique, and may even be stackable and unstackable to create different configurations. I can’t say how much cooling effect is transferred to the Cauliflower levels. But Cauliflower is far less temperature and moisture sensitive than the asparagus at the top.
