If you own (or lease) the building, and Zoning allows temporary signage, go for it. Though available for some time, appliances at JCPenney are still not a given in the mind of the public. So JCPenney uses some of its prime location storefront to promote the possibilities. Any headline writer would play with words to come up with the most effective pitch. I might suggest alternatives alike “Major Appliances On Sale” or “Top Brand Name Appliances Here.” Or how about “Brand Name Appliances — Buy One Get One Free.” Nothing like a BOGO to generate business. If this was your building, what would you billboard? Be creative.
