“Penn State Proud” is the usual tag line. Here Petco deploys a Penn State Plush Straight-Entry-Hook merchandised with a 2-piece Flip-Front Straight-Entry Scan Hook. Another re-interpretation is the Plush Puppy rather than the traditional Nittany Lion mascot. No plush pushover, however, is the tough Metal Backplate employed, rather than puny Plastic Backplate which is also available. Go team!
