Watch For Forklifts On Drugs
This looks to me like a Forklift Warning on Psychedelic Drugs. Then again, if you were already using LSD, maybe it would look normal. Is is a bad, hand-retouching job, or the original where excess paint ran under the sign template? It still captures attention, and probably causes traffic to pause as people take an extra second to discern the meaning. Seen in Warehouse Retail.
