Restoom Morale Builder Pep Talk
Even non-public restrooms offer insights into the corporate culture of a retailer. My wife and I find Sleepys® a very professional place to shop for mattresses and more. Staff is always willing to spend several hours with us (of course they do get an upscale sale in the end). Here the Sleepys® restroom bolsters customer care with a pep talk of its own. Funny. After seeing and photographic this, I don’t recall if an “Employees Must Wash Hands” missive was also to be seen. This one had more impact.
