Hermes® Sumer Visual Merchandising With Color Sand
A bit too steep for dry, natural sand, the angle of repose of this granular display along with the unnatural and tending-to-topple position of merchandise attracts more attention a than less dynamic visual merchandising proposition. A solid structure, the Wicker-enclosed piles are not governed by gravity and particle adhesion so the designer does as he pleases to add the threat of action (landslide). All is implied to your subconscious, though masked a bit by the distraction of bright colors. Another hint that this is an artistic not natural creation. Just where would you get bright blue sand if you needed it anyway?
