Equine Regulation in Retailing
If you plan a Petting Zoo or Pony Ride Parking Lot promotion, be aware that there may be regulations to be considered beyond those of retail itself. In this case though risk seems to be assigned to users, and maybe limited for both Horse owner and you the retail sponsor. In any event, check before your promotional event. I have seen many animal affairs in parking lots, but this is my first with signboard warnings of this type and scale. Seen at a Sams Club®.
