No single description captures all the aspects so I take my best stab at a title with “Round End Dunnage Racks.” The row is round-ended, though a closer look shows the ends to be freestanding half-circles, that could themselves be joined to create round islands. The linear units are not an exact match in width to the Round Ends, but match well enough to create this run. Finally I normally consider Dunnage Racks only a single level, but must admit they could stack as here. Please define the units for yourself, but do see how flexible and useful.
