The workmanship for this sign was excellent. A wonderfully detailed Roman serif typeface, rich red color, and precise slimline manufacture. But the best laid plans often run afoul of the unanticipated. Here the background is too busy to allow the message to be read or even easily seen. I liked the basic concept, a “100% Cashmere” footnote to span the display and echo the hang tags in a sophisticated manner.
