From the grammar the usage “Heelys” is apparently singular. And from the signs specificity Heelys Skating is particularly problematic, well beyond skateboard, roller skate, bicycle or other transgressions. Interesting that while most automobile showrooms are ceramic tile, concrete, and such, Heelys are still seen to have a negative effect. I would not think scratching the surface, but maybe a screechy sound.
