This failure turned up in a larger image, so I did not inspect on-site. The look is of Alumninum which is far softer and more ductile than steel and therefore prone to this type of deformation. But I suggest that you should be able to straighten it and reuse the fixture, though it would no longer be visually perfect. CLICK the thumbnail for an overview of the entire Faceout. I suggest that it is not heavily loaded enough to fail from merchandise alone. Customers pulling or using as Monkey Bars would do it easily though.
