Poles like me are only good at recognizing Polish Sausages, Kelbasi and Krakosca. My best guess is that these are Italian Pepperoni Links … if not mini Salami at Wegmans®. I think the former but enjoy both. The tip off to me is the degree of drying and casing. But do correct me. And consider signing and describing your Italian meat selections.
