Try as I might I could not do a post title takeoff on Jethro Tull’s lyrics to “Skating Away on the Thin Ice of a New Day.” So Skating on a Shelf Edge will have to do. CLICK through the gallery to see a very specific solution to display of Inline Skates on a shelf. Articulated, the fitting swivels so you can get an all-around look at the Skate or access backstock, of which there was none. Since the skate can’t be removed, the display stays orderly, and store staff needn’t constantly replace. It would be useful if these fixtures could display Ice Skates too, by similarly attaching to the blades.
