If your vertical display surface is metal and the holes seem a bit strangely spaced, maybe is based on Euro-Fixture Pegboard and Slotwall Concepts? I occasionally see these in the United States and have been told by a reliable source (CAEM Shel Engineering, Italy) that they are manufactured in both Metric and Imperial sizes. I am also informed that a large-holed Universal version exists, with enough “slop” in the holes and spacing to accept all hook measures. OMG! Do remember that Perforated and Slotted Metal display surfaces are much thinner than the various Masonite-pioneered Pegboard styles. Whether holes are Euro-Spaced or Imperial, you still need backplate lugs designed for thin-wall materials or spacers must be used.
