Low metal curbs are all that is required to define the space, as opposed to American waist-high corral fencing of large-diameter industrial pipe. The biggest disadvantage in America would be low-height means low-visibility, and you can be sure that red-neck Pickup-truckers and SUV Soccer Moms would drive right on top of this assuming it is a slightly-challenging parking space.
