Normally only one Inventory Control Clip (ICC) per hook is required. I have seen two per hook, with one in front to restrain merchandise or act as shipping productstop in point-of-purchase pre-packs. But here stock-piled Rabbit Ear ICC s play follow-the-leader on black powdercoated, Single Prong Ball-End Display Hooks for Open Wire Grid. (Can you say that hook description three times fast?) I suspect this is ICC Parking while the white 4″ Grid awaits planogramming and stocking.
