Wall mount fixtures for shoes are commonplace. But this Wire Shoe Tray for Grid was unusual in its Spartan simplicity and 3″ grid display surface. A choice of a background other than stained particle board would improve the overall presentation. Still it is a minimalist solution that does not fight with the product for attention. I was tempted to silhouette the display and drop it on a more pleasing background, but just could not bring myself to do it. Too many years in image retouching doing exactly that. Time for a break.
