Macy’s invites Social Media engagement as an exit strategy. The choices are Macy’s Blog, Pinterest, Twitter, Facebook, and the Macy’s App. Pick a channel, Macy’s is happy to oblige. The invitation itself is warm and friendly, though I might suggest use more often throughout the store than merely at the exit (or entrance depending upon you point of view).
