I should be more observant for I am sure in this day and age, Defibrillators may decorate the walls of more retail establishments than I can count. Maybe they are tucked away from easy view and tampering, for this is one of few I have seen personally. I can only guess that the red light would warn of malfunction or lack of power, while the wire tailing below keeps the unit charged and ready for use. Many schools and such are required to maintain such emergency equipment. Does anyone know the regs as applied to retail and Malls? CLICK the thumbnail for another look.
