The staging groove for this Tubular Faceout appears to be machine-rolled into the fixture. But it might also be lathed or just be an End Cap, that once powdercoated Grey, makes the Faceout appear continuous and one piece. The Hook Plugs-In to a central upright. Though the staging area would work well for Clothes Hangers, Hang Cards and other small attachments, here the arm was used to display cookware.
