Labeled a Charcoal Metal Garden Rack, what interests FixturesCloseUp is that it is a Slatwall Fixture combining Undulating Double-Arm Utility Hooks, an Openwire Shelf with a Hanging Wire Basket. The Slatwall mount is more common in retail than residential use, but the mobile Wire Basket would fit home, not merchandising needs. Outwater® is not particular.
