As if to challenge what had been a tough Winter, JCPenny® says “Bring it On” to Spring. And it couldn’t be too soon for me. Last week in my Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania we had both an 80º day and a below-freezing night of snow storms. Actual Spring Would be nice. Step through various colorful views in the gallery.
