I applaud the small shops I find like Karen Millen® and Wolford® who always have personalized and often handwritten outbound mail on their cash wraps targeted for good customers. Here Karen Millen solicits pen pals via a signup card. But the footnote defines the age of consent to 13 years old. Possibly a bit young by American standards, but then Karen Millen is a European chain. And even a prudish American like myself would let my 13 year old shop Karen, while my wife does too.
