A sitting area as retail amenity just makes sense. Some of your customers shop long hours, some may be aged and infirm, some tag-alongs who need a respite. Whether you need extensive or minimal retail rest stops it pays to make them comfortable, pleasant and memorable if possible. Though small in capacity, this Miele showroom sofa speaks for itself and the company it represents. It was comfy too. I forgot to check, but I assume Miele was smart enough to provide WiFi for users.
