The latter half of the above admonition is almost said outright by this modern street art hazard marker outside a rehabbed factory as retail incubator. I’m not sure if the hydrant sunk or the parking lot was raised, but the hazard fell quit a bit below the normal over-the-hood sight line. Hence the need for a taller warning. This one and its subject matter surely catches the eye. It was unsigned but I attribute to one of the incubators residents, Sean McDougal of Disfunctional Design.
