A nicely designed near-universally-understood graphic to support the message in in English. To me this implies foreigners will not be excused from compliance either. This sign addresses a need that every store, mall and building would have at least once in a while. Why it bars entry to luxury and hospitality retail on this air terminal concourse, I do not know. Maybe the floor was wet? Speaking English, I knew better than to go in and would have no excuse for violating the directive. Besides I think I heard my wife calling for me in the distance. Off the leash again, I am.
