This handicapped Ramp sign warns of a more challenging incline than usual. And overcoming it must produce a sense of elation for “I Own This!” is proudly scrawled across the bottom of the placard. Someone took the invitation and overcame the barrier to entry. Then left an anonymous “Kilroy Was Here” notation of success.
