It’s actually a Stocking and Returns Transport Cart. But it would be my wife’s favorite shopping cart if they’d rent her one. There are times when we shop with two carts and actually fill them both, though admitted this is more often in Warehouse Clubs. Maybe some stores should offer a few of these for customer use? Sales might benefit.
