At first I thought this plastic chain was being used as a strip merchandiser. But if you look closely you will see that the chain hosts throw-away plastic strip merchandisers on either side. So the chain is an extender, allowing the strip merchandisers to be hung at an appropriate height with an S-hook main mount. Still, with the appropriate outfitting, why couldn’t plastic chain be a strip merchandiser? CLICK the thumbnail to see the informal mount.
