Good to see the needs of the Plain Folk are taken care of. And even if not heavily trafficked, this Horse and Buggy Parking Only facility is a tip of the hat to Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, history and ethnicity. I did encounter many Mennonite shoppers with SUVs in the parking lot, but did not recognize anyone I believed to be true Amish. Even though I had to fight for a parking space, I do not begrudge this prime-location, roofed facility. It added character to an otherwise sterile asphalt expanse. Only being able to pet or hand feed a horse could have made it better.
