Display Hook Silicon Sleeve

Display Hook Silicon Sleeve

Little would you suspect that this rigid plastic sign is held on a by a flexible Display Hook Silicon Sleeve or boot at the rear.  The sleeve has a consistency far more pliable than the Latex and Acrylic tub caulk. And its grip on the Display Hook frontwire was very aggressive … both due to a tight fit, and a tacky surface. It made an excellent mount. I suspect that its flex also provided “give” to soften the impact of any shopper collision. I’d like to dissect one of these to see just how it is assembled and what makes it tick. CLICK the gallery to step through in-store photos of the working end of this fixture. For once I can point to a source in that item carried the manufacture’s URL. Visit them at DisplayMode.
