This top-mount fixture was spied on a partially stocked display for flags, pennants, flagstaffs, and holders. My best guess is that it is a small space frame corral for displaying Flags on Flag Poles. But it had no matching base to corral staff bottoms, a definite tripping-liability without. And the inward-facing formed division puzzles me too. So I again ask my expert audience to name this item. Are for fixturer enough for the job? CLICK the thumbnail for a closeup of the top-mount.
