This might a bit more emphasis than you want to give a water fountain as customer amenity (unless you sell Western attaire). But on the other hand, we shoppers do sometimes get parched or may have a need to take meds and such. It is a blessing to be able to locate what we need in-store, without having to search for your staff to ask. I think most stores lack good navigation and wayfaring signage. And I have never gotten lost on the Appalachian Trail, mountain biking, hiking or kayaking. So if I am confused and directionally clueless in your store, you’ve got a problem.
