Hole Saw’s are a perfect choice for gravity feed. This Productstop Sloped Not Straight arrangement helps keep them organized, while gravity automatically forwards and faces. The diagonal frontstop helps direct the eye to larger and smaller diameters. But might I suggest that the Saw Depth and rack lane width vary by hole size? That way the rack would be totally self-organizing forcing shoppers to return Bits to the correct lane. See the thumbnail for another look. Strictly speaking this productstop need not slope. A constant height could work too. But the slope does carry the eye toward the larger sizes.
