Surprisingly Costco, even as a Warehouse Club, commands the loyalty of devoted members. Many mainline retailers should have such fans. Even my wife prefers Costco to our other memberships, and we will drive a distance to visit (Sorry Sam). Maybe this absolutely huge call for shopper input is one of the reasons. There was no missing its “we care about you” message, even from across the store.
