Often seen in free-hanging Strip Merchandisers, here a peg hook compatible plastic channel seems permanently riveted to gondola upright for a cross sell to store Gift Cards. Or is it? Might that be a magnet behind the rivet, and the strip moveable and repositionable? I wish I had seen and been able to check in-store. The hooking however is short, rounded, and one assumes easily dislodged to prevent any injury to passersby. Plus other racking below buffers and “shadows” the hook enforcing clearance.
