I am a firm believer that there are only 10 or so new creative ideas on the planet. All other ideas are conceived independently, yet a variation on the original 10. Here famous Burberry does a visual merchandising takeoff on classic leather valises. But it looks similar to a recent Fossil point-of-purchase display, and because of their luggage heritage, it is an oft-repeated theme at Louis Vuitton.
