An uncommon redesign of a safety loop grid hook. Note that it can be used both astride and between vertical grid wires, and that the planogram includes unique Back Tags. As with the previously posted V-back designs, this one was discovered at a discount outlet mall, and seemed to have seen years of use. Discount outlets sometime procure used fixtures to help keep outfitting costs down. Since V-back hooks are not seen in mainline retail, maybe they are an older, presently unused design resurfacing in the discount market? Please comment if you have knowledge of V-back hooks.
