Maybe extra study would have provided an epiphany, but I was just passing through. These specialty Flatback Slatwall Scan Hooks only seemed used for Baseball Gloves. But I could not grasp the singular benefit for that use, other than the hook frontwire rounding avoiding scratching and scaring the leather mitt. The display employed heavy cable looping throughout as a security feature. This store doesn’t fool around when it comes to anti-theft. CLICK the thumbnail for a propped view.
A longer frontwire version of this hook was seen at another location on Slatwire also hawking Baseball Gloves and related wares. See “Serpentine Slatwire Scan Hook” for additional discussion.
