If you were ever tempted to display Gift Cards on a standard product hooks, here is a glimpse of the results. The display remains very orderly but the hooks themselves are a distraction. The distance between the display surface as background and gift card plane also creates an added depth of field viewing problem. Much akin to my oft mentioned “sight leak” bugaboo, I look right through the gift cards and hooks with my eye falling and focusing on the background.
