I see many Gift Card merchandisers with custom pockets similar to these. But look closely and you will see a raised metal channel with mounting holes forms the display surface. A full pegboard backing was not used. Unseen is that lower in the display standard hooks were used to merchandise oversize cards, so the punched metal channel accepts common pegboard hooks as well.
