This three-facing Backtag outfitted all sides of a Tower or Spinner Display Rack. I suspect it is provided by the product manufacturer along with the display to reinforce the planogram and simplify restocking. I suggest that the slight additional size and material cost is well worth the efficiencies, reduced labor and well-ordered appearance the Tag produces on the selling floor.
