The failure of the slatwire to form a background for presentation creates a “sight leak” in this display with your eye attempting to look right through it. The jumble of size and color umbrella adds to the visual confusion. Colors, patterns, sizes, and criss-crossing slatwires in toto break up the outline of product rendering it almost invisible against the background.
