This C-clamp “A” for Effort Not Artistry concept is a strange one. A number of C-clamps affixed to the upright turned a shelf-support into a hat rack for knit caps. Admittedly not elegant in tight close-up view, but at least they got the hats out of the almost invisible shelf-top bins and in the sight of shoppers. The floor and merchandising staff gets a good grade for effort for this C-clamp “A” for Effort Not Artistry.
