Wall surfaces and entire displays are not the focus of this Blog, but this square-patterned slatwall was distinctive enough to merit my comments. The grooves are milled with the required slatwall undercut in both directions, allowing the panels to be installed horizontally or vertically. Metal cantilever wall pedestals complete the display. As a contrasting wall texture, normal horizontal groove slatwall in a matching color and material outfits other portions of the store.
As an idea for slatwall manufacturers, how about a vertical diamond pattern crosscut, with V-shaped fixture mounts to attach to the upward ^-points and downward v-valley bottoms?
