Who said a Dollar Store environment needed to look and feel cheap? Here is excellent branding of the “dollar” environment that adds a touch of class. Not only do I feel I am getting a great deal, I feel I am buying quality. And my outing is not a shameful trip to the “thrift store” but a bargain hunting adventure which I would enjoy and brag about to friends. Quite an image lift from the implementation of a simple label strip and creative 2/color inserts. If Neiman Marcus was a Dollar Store it would market itself this well.
