“Curiouser and Curiouser,” to quote Alice in “Through the Looking Glass.” A plastic corrugated hook, in crossover application mated to a plastic carrier, mounted on a wire grid Power Wing. The carrier accommodates hooks at various horizontal spacings to allow for different size packages. This configuration is all the more curious in that some corrugated hooks of this genre can mount directly to close-spaced wire grid without the need for an intermediary. One possible advantage of this approach is the ability to ship product as a partial prepack … on the hook, on the plastic carrier, correctly spaced, and able to be easily hung on Power Wings. An ICC (Inventory Control Clip) placed in front of product on the hook would keep it in place during shipping and be discarded or repurposed during setup.
